I didn't receive my virtual card
1. Search your Inbox/text messages and Spam folder for an email from “GiveCard”
2. Make sure the Email you are using is the same you provided to the organization/program that gave you the card. If you are not sure they have the correct Email/phone number, please contact them to update it and have the activation link resent.
3. Please verify your inbox is not full and you are getting Email/Text
