I need to update/change the password for my GiveCard account

If you need to reset the password for your GiveCard account, please go to https://www.givecardplatform.com/cardholders, enter you Email address in the log in field, click Log in. You will see the option "Forgot your password, Reset it here"

You will receive an email to update the password.
