Adding my virtual card to ApplePay/Google Wallet

Only virtual GiveCards can be added to Apple Pay or Google Wallet. Physical GiveCards cannot be added.

How to Add Your Virtual GiveCard

You can add your card by entering the card details on your phone.
During setup, you’ll be asked to verify your card. Choose a verification method you recognize as your own. 

  • If you choose email:
    Check your inbox for a message titled “Digital Wallet Activation Code.”
    Enter that code to finish the setup.

  • If you choose phone number:
    Check your text messages for a verification code and enter it to complete the process.

Tip:
If you see an error message, remove the card and try again later.
Sometimes, Apple Pay or Google Wallet temporarily blocks repeated attempts.

Verification Code Disclaimer

Your verification code will be sent either to your email or your phone number, depending on the contact information linked to your GiveCard.
GiveCard has access to either your phone number or your email address, but not both.

If you see an unknown number or email during verification, don’t worry — it’s one of our system-generated addresses used to manage account security.
This process is automatic and cannot be changed.

 

Adding to Google Wallet

  1. Turn on NFC in your phone settings (this allows contactless payments).

  2. Open Google Wallet and tap “Add to Wallet.”

  3. Enter your GiveCard details and complete the verification with email or phone number (choose the method you recognize as your own)

  4. To pay in stores: unlock your phone and hold it close to the card reader until you see a checkmark.

Adding to Apple Pay

  1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap the “+” button to add a new card.

  3. Enter your GiveCard details manually.

  4. Complete the verification with email or phone number (choose the method you recognize as your own)

  5. To pay in stores: double-click the side button and hold your iPhone near the reader.
