Declined transactions
If you are expericing declines with your GiveCard, kindly follow these steps:
-Please Log in to your account to make sure your card is not locked and there is sufficient balance for the transaction.
-Make sure the merchant accepts Prepaid cards
-Make sure you are using the correct billing address for your GiveCard. You can find the billing address for your card by logging in to your account.
-Your program can impose restrictions on the items or services you can buy, please make sure the purchase is not included in such restrictions.
