The timing of your funds depends on how your organization sends them to you.
Who sends my funds?
Your organization or program is responsible for initiating your deposit. GiveCard does not decide when or how much money is sent to your card or bank account.
If you have questions about:
- When your organization will send your funds
- How much you should receive
- Whether a payment or deposit has been approved
Please contact your organization or program directly.
How long does it take for my funds to arrive?
Once your organization confirms that the funds have been sent, the time it takes for them to become available depends on how you receive them:
💳 Physical or Virtual GiveCard
Funds are typically available instantly after your program initiates the deposit.
However, the exact timing may vary depending on your program and the type of deposit being sent.
🏦 Bank Transfer
Bank transfers may take up to 5 business days to arrive after your program initiates the deposit.
The actual timing depends on your bank's processing time.
My organization says they sent the funds, but I don't see them. What should I do?
First, confirm with your organization that the deposit was actually sent and ask them to confirm the amount and date it was initiated.
If the deposit was sent to a GiveCard, funds are typically available instantly for physical and virtual cards.
If the funds were sent by bank transfer, please allow up to 5 business days for the transfer to arrive.
If you still do not see the funds after the expected processing time, you can contact GiveCard Support for help reviewing your account.
Important: GiveCard Support cannot tell you when your organization plans to send a deposit or how much your organization intends to send. Your organization is responsible for providing that information.
