The Quick Access provides a simple and convenient way to access your GiveCard portal without having to search for the website or enter the URL every time you need assistance.
By adding a Quick Access bookmark to your home screen, you can easily return to important resources such as help articles, self-service options (balance, transaction history, locking and unlocking your card, setting your PIN, etc.), and support information with just one click.
This creates a faster and more convenient experience, similar to having an app directly on your device.
For Android Users:
Step 1: Open your browser ( Google Chrome )
Open the Chrome browser on your Android device.
Step 2: Access the GiveCard portal
Go to the GiveCard portal website by entering the website address in the search bar.

Step 3: Open the browser menu
Once the GiveCard portal is open, tap the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select "Install and Create a Shortcut " from the menu.
Step 4: Add the shortcut to your home screen
Select "Add" to create the shortcut.
Step 5: Confirm the shortcut
A pop-up window will appear. You can keep the suggested name or edit it if desired. Then tap "Add".
Step 6: Access your GiveCard portal quickly
The GiveCard icon will now appear on your home screen. You can tap it anytime to quickly access your portal, self-service options, and support resources without needing to search for the website again.
For Apple Users:
Step 1: Open your browser ( Safari )
Open the Safari browser on your iPhone.
Step 2: Access the GiveCard portal
Go to the GiveCard portal website by entering the website address in the search bar.

Step 3: Open the Share menu
Once the GiveCard portal is open, tap the three dots (...) in the bottom-right corner, then tap the Share icon (a square with an upward-pointing arrow) located at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Add the shortcut to your Home Screen
Scroll through the options and select "Add to Home Screen".
Step 5: Confirm the shortcut
A pop-up window will appear. You can keep the suggested name or edit it if desired. Then tap "Add".
Step 6: Access your GiveCard portal quickly
