There is a transaction I don’t recognize

What to Do if You Don’t Recognize a Transaction or Suspect Unauthorized Use

If you notice any transactions you don’t recognize or if your card details were used by someone other than you, follow these steps immediately:

  • Step 1: Lock your card immediately.
    If you believe your card is lost, stolen, or compromised, lock your card by logging in to your GiveCard account. This will prevent any further unauthorized transactions.

  • Step 2: Review your transaction history.
    Double-check your recent transactions to confirm which ones you didn’t authorize. Make sure to note any unfamiliar charges.

  • Step 3: Replace your card.
    If there are unrecognized charges your card has to be replaced, please reach out to GiveCard Support. 

  • Step 4: Report the issue.
    If you wish to present a claim, please inform the GiveCard Support. Our fraud department will thoroughly investigate your claim, the proof you submit, information provided by the merchant, and account activity.

     

Important Note: Prompt action is key! The sooner you lock your card and report unauthorized activity, the better the chance of preventing further losses.
