Common transaction issues

Declined transactions

1. Log in to your GiveCard account or create one

2. Make sure your card is not locked and has enough balance for the transaction.

3. If asked for the billing zip code please make sure to use the one associated with your card, you can find this information in your GiveCard account.

4. Verify the merchant accepts prepaid cards.

5. Some programs restrict where you can use the card, doublecheck that your program does not restrict the merchant you are using.

I was overcharged/duplicate charges/refunds

-Get in contact with the merchant to inform of the issue and ask to rectify/refund(you can find the Merchants name by logging in to your account)

It usually takes a few days for the money to be returned to your card. This process is completely up to the merchant's bank, Givecard does not interfere with this process.
