2. Be sure you’re using the same email address you provided to the organization or program that issued your card. If you’re unsure whether they have your correct email or phone number, reach out to them to update your information and request that the activation link be sent again.
3. Make sure your inbox isn’t full and that you’re able to receive emails or texts.
