GiveCard is only valid with U.S.–based merchants.
- In-store purchases abroad: not supported. Transactions at non-U.S. merchants will decline.
- Online purchases: allowed only with U.S.–based merchants/websites.
What this means for you
If you’re traveling internationally or trying to pay in a store outside the U.S., please use another form of payment (e.g., a different debit/credit card). You can still shop online with U.S. merchants while abroad.
If you’re unsure whether a website is U.S.–based, check the merchant’s contact/address details or ask their support.
