How to check your Balance

Checking your balance with GiveCard is simple. Choose the option below that matches your situation:

Option 1: If you have an account

1. Visit the GiveCard Platform: Open your browser and go to app.givecard.com/cardholders.
2. Log In to Your Account or create one: Enter your email address or phone number and password to access.
3. View Your Balance: Once you log in, your available balance will be automatically displayed on your account.

Option 2: If you don’t have an account

1. Visit the GiveCard Platform

2. Under Quick Resources select "Check Balance"

   Click on Check Balance and follow the prompts to view your balance without creating an account.
